Raymundo will sell players a random item. Another NPC also talks about a random player character when they speak to him. Two NPCs will lead players into the arenas. Heathcliff himself can take players into the main arena's Normal Challenge, which will complete the dungeon and unlock the next one if players are victorious. The NPC to his right, who is wearing blue armor, takes players to a special arena which features a special challenge where players are thrown into unique situations such as being surrounded by explosive barrels or various map hazards, being permanently confused, or the monsters may one-hit K.O. the players. In Hard Mode, new challenges from Heathcliff will be unlocked after defeating the Malice King on Hard Mode.
Objects[]
In the first part of the main arena, there are four explosive barrels. Otherwise, no objects of note are present.
Monsters[]
Normal Challenge[]
Monsters in this challenge come from the previous six dungeons in different waves. The second part of the arena contains minibosses.
Special Challenge[]
Monsters in this challenge come from the next six dungeons in different waves. Both rooms contain minibosses.
Endless Nightmare[]
Unlocked after clearing the Special Challenge. Players are taken into a different arena where a wide variety of monsters can be encountered. Despite the name, this challenge can be completed and a blue portal will spawn at the end of it.
Hero's Championship[]
Unlocked after clearing the Special Challenge. Players are taken into a special arena where randomly chosen NPCs that were previously encountered can be challenged. All of them count as bosses.
Zack - Usually sets a trap before charging in with five throwing daggers followed by a strong slash attack. If a player has an equipment with damage reflect, they can use his traps to damage him or the next opponent. Otherwise, the traps can hinder movement if Zack is not quickly defeated.
Raymundo - He attacks from a distance with various projectiles and the bombs he is well known for. The bombs can deal damage to himself. The singular spinning projectile he uses causes a random status condition.
Clifton - Casts random elemental spells that home in on the players' locations which can cause status conditions, and a barrier that reflects projectiles. His magic hand projectiles deal extremely high damage.
The Maestro - Attacks with music notes in various patterns such as in a grenade-like style, a Spiral Spell, and in a spiral-like pattern. Can also reflect projectiles using a tornado.
Crypt Keeper - Shoots dark balls and uses a V-shaped slash attack. The Crypt Keeper himself is not too threatening, but he should be defeated quickly because he constantly drains SP from players and he can summon zombies at an alarmingly fast rate. His summoned zombies can easily glitch through walls, which can cause players to get stuck, as all of them must also be killed even if the Crypt Keeper himself is defeated. Classes like Priest or Mage can dispatch summoned zombies quickly if they can regenerate enough SP before being drained.
Brashington - The archaeologist from the Ice Temple comes with his army of guards. All of them use the same attacks as they did before, but Brashington will also drain SP from players.
Heathcliff - Appears in the hidden final round after the previous three are cleared. Fights similarly to the Giant Ogre from the Goblin Mines, except he moves much faster and tends to keep his distance before charging in with throwing rocks and a V-shaped slash. The earth spikes he uses can deal a large amount of damage to himself.
