Burn is a status effect that decreases a certain percentage of HP over time. Like all status effects, it cannot affect bosses. Certain monsters and obstacles can inflict this status effect upon players. Monsters affected by this flash a red color. Players can also cause this status effect by equipping certain weapons with the Burn or Random Condition special, which can help those with low damage kill monsters quickly.
